Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the mail account you want to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest.
